Unaffiliated Dressage -  SPRING 2012

6 COMPETITIONS JANUARY TO JUNE WHICH ALLOW YOU TO QUALIFY FOR A SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIP:

April 22nd - Class 1: Intro A.   Class 2: Prelim 4.   Class 3: Prelim 12.   Class 4 (Pick ‘n’ Mix): Nov 28/Nov 27/Ele 42/Ele 49.

May 20th  -  Class 1: Intro B.   Class 2: Prelim 7.   Class 3: Prelim 14.   Class 4 (Pick ‘n’ Mix): Nov 24/Nov 28/Ele 44/Ele 50.

June 24th  - Class 1: Intro A.   Class 2: Prelim 13. Class 3: Prelim 18.   Class 4 (Pick ‘n’ Mix): Nov 28/Nov 30/Ele 42/Ele 44.

Class 4 entrants may do a single or combination of tests. Only the highest score will count for competitors riding more than 1 test in a class. Please make clear on your entry form which test in the pick’n’mix class.

Entry Fee: £11.00 per Test or 2 for £18.00
Cheques payable to: Huntley School of Equitation .
Late entries accepted £1.00 extra per test.
Telephone entries accepted – payment by debit card will be required.

Entries close: Friday 1 week prior to competition Secretary: Judith Murphy

Start Times: Friday prior to competition between 2pm & 5pm Rosettes to 6th place.

Rules & Conditions.
1. No refund or transfers will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries.
2. No entry will be accepted without payment.
3. Hats to the current BSI standard must be worn at all times when mounted.
4. British Dressage rules apply.
5. Lungeing is not allowed.
6. When riding in the practice arena school rules must be obeyed.
7. Huntley School of Equitation accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any property, horses or persons while attending the competition.

The CADIZ Veteran Trophy will be awarded to the horse 15 years or older who achieves the highest total points in the 2012 Season.

Schedules: You can download schedules and entry forms from our web site or let us have your email address and you will be added to our distribution list. Alternatively, please provide SAE’s if you would like to receive future schedules.

QUALIFYING RULES:

To qualify for championships (22nd July 2012) you must gain over 60% in your entered class. The championships will run separate classes for Intro, Preliminary, Novice and Elementary levels.

CLASS 1 WARM UP CLASS – INTRO A & PRELIM 7 – PICK ‘N’ MIX

CLASS 2 CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS – INTRO B

CLASS 3 CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS – PRELIM 18

CLASS 4 WARM UP CLASS – NOVICE 28 & ELEMENTARY 42 – PICK ‘N’ MIX

CLASS 5 CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS – NOVICE 27

CLASS 6 CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS – ELEMENTARY 44

WARM UP CLASSES ARE OPEN TO QUALIFIED AND NON QUALIFIED COMBINATIONS.

CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSES ARE ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE QUALIFIED AT THAT LEVEL.
